All product prices are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR ₹) and are inclusive of digital delivery fees. Digital handbooks are made accessible immediately upon gateway payment confirmation.

Strict Non-Refundable Policy: Because all publications sold on this platform are intangible, downloadable electronic PDF files delivered immediately upon checkout, all sales are strictly final and non-refundable. Customers explicitly agree that once the PDF download link or file is delivered, no refunds, returns, chargebacks, or order cancellations will be issued under any circumstances.

For technical delivery issues, we provide full delivery assistance and file replacement at no extra charge. Verified accidental duplicate billing is refunded within 3 to 5 business days upon contacting support.
